This event marks Osbourne's final performance, during which he will deliver a short set before joining his bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. The concert, featuring other famous metal bands, aims to celebrate the origins of heavy metal and will benefit charities. Tickets go on sale February 14.
