Tay Keith Dies

Grammy-nominated hip-hop producer Tay Keith, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, was found dead Thursday afternoon in his Nashville apartment after officers conducted a welfare check. He was 29. Metro Nashville Police said no foul play is suspected, and the cause of death remains unknown pending further examination. Keith built a major production career behind hits and collaborations with Drake, Travis Scott, Beyoncé, Future and Eminem, including work associated with Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode.” His death prompted shock across the music industry as authorities continued to investigate the circumstances.
