Two men were killed and at least four other people were wounded in a shooting near Toronto’s Salsa on St. Clair festival at St. Clair Avenue West and Arlington Avenue at about 8:12 p.m. Saturday. Police said the initial active-shooter alert stemmed from an exchange of gunfire between two people targeting each other, and investigators recovered two firearms. No arrests had been announced as police continued searching for suspects and examining multiple scenes. Organizers cancelled the festival’s remaining events on Sunday because of the investigation.
