The reporting
A Los Angeles judge ruled Monday that singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, must stand trial in the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Judge Charlaine Olmedo found prosecutors met their burden after a five-day preliminary hearing with more than 10 witnesses and photographic evidence. Burke is charged with murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains, and has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors showed final texts between Burke and Celeste, and said her phone went silent after she arrived at his home.
