President Donald Trump urged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to stop striking Russian diesel sites, refineries and related infrastructure, in remarks Sunday at the Irish Open in Doonbeg, Ireland. Trump said Ukraine could hit other targets, but diesel attacks were causing a shortage and hurting the world; reports also cited Iran-related Strait of Hormuz disruptions. He said he raised it with Zelenskyy after speaking with Vladimir Putin. U.S. diesel rose above $6 a gallon; Russia rationed fuel and banned diesel exports. Russia also escalated attacks, including a train strike near Poland.
