Nintendo Switch 2 Launch Details Revealed

Nintendo has officially unveiled its Switch 2, launching on June 5, 2025, at $450. The console features backward compatibility for existing Switch titles, with some new versions like Mario Kart World priced at $80 standalone, but bundled with the console for $50. Accessories will be available, including a $80 Pro Controller and a $110 replacement dock. Donkey Kong Bananza, releasing on July 17, is priced at $69.99. While first-party titles are mostly compatible, third-party evaluations continue. Additionally, Switch 2 Edition upgrades for several games will range from $10 to $20, and many will be available for free with Nintendo Switch Online subscriptions.
