Russia resumed attacks on Kyiv after a three-day pause for U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to visit Moscow and Kyiv, with officials reporting at least three killed and 16 wounded. Ukraine said it downed or suppressed two ballistic missiles, 31 cruise missiles and 142 drones, and recorded hits in 29 locations. Zelenskyy said a Russian drone struck the building housing the We Are Ukraine TV channel during a live broadcast. In a later call with Trump, the Kremlin said Putin denied plans to attack Europe.
