Fox News Media announced Maria Bartiromo was “no longer with” the company, effective immediately, after 12 1/2 years, and Fox Business replaced Mornings with Maria with Mornings with Fox Business. Her exit followed allegations that she shared internal guidance with the Trump White House instructing Fox programs not to carry Trump’s election-conspiracy claims; the message was allegedly sent to adviser Peter Navarro and passed up the chain. Bartiromo’s lawyer Bryan Freedman denied she was fired or is no longer a Fox employee, saying he has “receipts.”
