Sen. Darline Graham and U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman advanced to an Aug. 25 Republican runoff in South Carolina’s special U.S. Senate primary after none of the 10 candidates won a majority. Graham, appointed by Gov. Henry McMaster in July to fill the seat after her brother Lindsey Graham’s death, finished first with more than 32% of the vote.
